Charles Simms Development has been a leading and multiple award winning builder in the Dayton area since the 1950’s. Owner, Charles H. Simms has built over 2,500 condos and townhomes since he bought the company in 1997. Son, Robi Simms began working for Simms Development in 2015 and is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will carry on the Simms’ tradition of “Quality Comes First” homebuilding first coined by his Great Grandfather Alex Simms.
